How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive about an hour before your first photo is taken, so the booth is ready when your guests are. If we’re setting up more than one booth, we may come a little earlier.
Which photo booth is your most popular?
Our digital selfie booth is the one guests ask for most. You can see all of our booth experiences, including print, glam and AI booths, on our Experiences page.
How much space does the photo booth need?
It depends on your setup. Without a backdrop, a 5×5 foot area is enough. With a backdrop and props, we ask for a 10×10 foot space.
Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
Yes. Our booths are built to work almost anywhere, indoors or out. If there’s no power outlet nearby, we can bring one of our portable power stations. Just let us know ahead of time.
Do you need Wi-Fi at the venue?
No. Our selfie booths have cellular service built in, so guests can share photos without Wi-Fi. If the cell signal at your venue is weak, connecting to Wi-Fi helps photos send faster.
What kinds of backdrops do you offer?
We offer a wide selection, and every backdrop is a premium pillow-drop fabric backdrop. Browse the options on our Backdrops page.
What print sizes are available?
Choose classic 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints. You can see sample designs on our Print Templates page.
